Terms of service
Last updated July 2026
These terms cover your use of Syncodial, operated by Kanzoo Global Pvt. Ltd.. This is a plain-language summary. A full agreement is available on request and governs where the two differ.
The service
Syncodial is a team communication product that runs on top of your own Twilio account. We provide the software layer: a shared inbox, calling, WhatsApp, contacts, automations, and analytics. We do not resell telecom.
Your Twilio account
You bring and keep your own Twilio account. You are responsible for your Twilio account, your numbers, and your compliance with Twilio's terms and with the laws that apply to your messaging and calling. Twilio bills your usage directly.
Billing
Syncodial bills your software plan through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles applicable tax. Plans are billed monthly or annually. The trial is 14 days of Pro with no card required. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read only until a plan is chosen. Telecom usage is always billed by Twilio, separately from your Syncodial plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Syncodial for unlawful messaging, spam, or any activity that violates Twilio's or Meta's policies. You are responsible for obtaining the consent required to message and call your contacts, and for honoring opt-outs.
Your data
Your workspace data stays yours. You can export it and request deletion at any time. Our handling of data is described in the privacy page.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and will post incidents on our status page. We may update these terms, and we will note the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
