FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Where an answer depends on Twilio or Meta availability, we say so.

Who bills message and call usage?
Twilio bills usage directly. Syncodial bills your software plan. The two bills stay separate, so telecom costs are always transparent and go straight to you.
Does Syncodial support WhatsApp?
Yes, as a paid add-on. You register your WhatsApp sender and WABA in the Twilio console, and Syncodial records it, tracks Meta approval, manages templates, and handles the 24 hour reply window inside the team inbox. WhatsApp availability depends on Twilio and Meta approval.
Is call recording included?
Call recording storage is available on the Business plan. It is off by default, gated by a workspace toggle, and plays a consent message when enabled.
What happens after the trial?
The trial is 14 days of Pro with no card required. When it ends you choose a plan and check out through Paddle. If you do nothing, the workspace becomes read only until you pick a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your software subscription at any time from the billing page. You can also export your workspace data and request workspace deletion.
